Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
